Privacy Protocol

Last Updated: 3/29/2026

At Warpa, we regard the sanctity of your data with the same rigorous precision we apply to our cinematic rendering engines. This Privacy Protocol outlines exactly how we collect, use, and shield your personal information and creative assets.

1. Data Collection & Ingestion

We collect information to provide and optimize our AI-driven video production services:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and billing details provided during registration.
  • Creative Inputs: Text prompts, scripts, uploaded images, and other assets you feed into the Director Agent.
  • Usage Telemetry: Anonymized data on feature usage, rendering times, and error logs to improve system performance.
  • Generated Output: The videos, images, and audio files created using our platform are stored to allow you to access and export your work.

2. Use of Information

Your data powers the Warpa engine in the following ways:

  • Service Delivery: Processing your prompts through our AI models to generate content.
  • Account Management: Processing payments, sending notifications, and managing authentication.
  • System Optimization: Analyzing usage patterns to scale our GPU infrastructure and reduce latency.
  • Communication: Sending updates about new features, system status, or legal notices.

3. AI Processing & Content Rights

Warpa utilizes state-of-the-art AI models to transform your ideas into reality. We do not use your private creative inputs or generated outputs to train our public foundational models without your explicit consent.

Your inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or specialized rendering farms) solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

4. Data Storage & Security

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Your creative assets are stored in secure, redundant cloud storage facilities. However, no digital transmission is impervious; we encourage prudent management of your account credentials.

5. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with select third-party services for payments (Stripe), authentication (Google), and analytics. These entities process data according to their own privacy policies, which we review for alignment with our standards.

6. User Rights

You retain full sovereignty over your data. You may request:

  • Access: A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Rectification of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: Permanent removal of your account and associated data from our systems (Subject to legal retention requirements).
