Welcome to Warpa. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Warpa system immediately.

1. Description of Service

Warpa is an AI-powered creative platform that assists users in researching, scripting, storyboarding, and rendering video content. We provide tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, and timeline assembly.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must register an account. You represent and warrant that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

• Your Input: You retain ownership of all text prompts, scripts, and assets you upload to the platform.
• Generated Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Warpa assigns to you all right, title, and interest in and to the content generated by the service specifically for you.
• License to Warpa: You grant Warpa a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your Inputs and Outputs solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the service for you.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Warpa to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains sexually explicit material, hate speech, or promotes violence/harassment.
• Attempts to deceive or mislead (e.g., deepfakes intended to impersonate real individuals without consent).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy.

5. Credits & Payment

Certain features require the purchase and consumption of "Credits". Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing and consumption rates at any time, with notice provided for significant changes.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Service: Warpa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
