Refund Policy

At Warpa, we strive for creative excellence. However, due to the substantial computational costs associated with AI generation and video rendering, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds.
1. Credit Purchases
All credit package purchases are Final. Once credits are added to your account wallet, they are considered non-refundable, as they represent pre-allocated GPU rendering capacity.
2. Technical Failures
In the event of a documented system error or rendering failure where credits were consumed but no output was delivered, Warpa will automatically refund the consumed credits to your account wallet within 24 hours.
If an automatic refund does not occur, please contact our support team with your Project ID and Transaction Reference.
3. Subjective Satisfaction
AI generation is inherently probabilistic. We do not offer refunds (monetary or credit-based) for outputs that do not meet your subjective artistic expectations. We provide the "Quote & Refine" system specifically to allow you to iterate and reach your desired result.
4. Support & Disputes
We respond to all support and refund inquiries within 3 business days. If we do not respond within this timeframe, Creem reserves the right to issue a refund on our behalf to ensure customer satisfaction.
